ระหว่างวันที่ 18–20 สิงหาคม 2568 ที่ผ่านมา ทีมผู้เชี่ยวชาญจากศูนย์ความเป็นเลิศด้านนวัตกรรมสารสนเทศ สำนักวิชาสารสนเทศศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยวลัยลักษณ์ นำโดย นายพีระยุทธ เมตปรีชา, นางสาวนาฏยา แขสวัสดิ์ และนายธนภัทร สุวรรณเรืองศรี ได้ดำเนินการติดตั้งและจัดการฝึกอบรมการใช้งานระบบห้องสมุดอัตโนมัติ WALAI AutoLib Ultimate ณ โรงเรียนมหิดลวิทยานุสรณ์ จังหวัดนครปฐม
โครงการดังกล่าวมีเป้าหมายเพื่อพัฒนาระบบการจัดการห้องสมุดให้มีความทันสมัย รองรับการบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรสารสนเทศอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ โดยระบบที่ติดตั้งสามารถจัดการทรัพยากรได้ครอบคลุมทุกประเภท ทั้งหนังสือ สิ่งพิมพ์ สื่อดิจิทัล พร้อมทั้งมีฟังก์ชันการค้นคืนข้อมูลที่รวดเร็วและแม่นยำ รวมถึงระบบบริหารจัดการสมาชิก ยืม-คืนทรัพยากรผ่าน Mobile Application และเครื่องมืออื่น ๆ ที่ช่วยให้เจ้าหน้าที่ห้องสมุดและนักเรียนสามารถใช้งานได้สะดวกยิ่งขึ้น
นอกจากนี้ ทีมงานยังได้จัดการฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการให้กับบุคลากรของโรงเรียน เพื่อเสริมสร้างความเข้าใจในการใช้งานระบบอย่างถูกต้องและเต็มประสิทธิภาพ
ระบบ WALAI AutoLib Ultimate ได้เริ่มเปิดใช้งานอย่างเป็นทางการตั้งแต่วันที่ 21 สิงหาคม 2568 เป็นต้นไป คาดว่าจะเป็นอีกหนึ่งกลไกสำคัญในการยกระดับคุณภาพการให้บริการสารสนเทศของห้องสมุดโรงเรียนมหิดลวิทยานุสรณ์ และสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียนอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและยั่งยืน
From August 18–20, 2025, a team of experts from the Informatics Innovation Center of Excellence, School of Informatics, Walailak University, led by Mr. Peerayut Metpreecha, Ms. Natthaya Kaesawat, and Mr. Thanaphat Suwanruangsri, conducted a full installation and training session for the WALAI AutoLib Ultimate automated library system at Mahidol Wittayanusorn School, Nakhon Pathom Province.
This initiative aimed to modernize and optimize the school’s library management system. The installed system supports the complete management of diverse information resources, including books, print media, and digital content. Key features of WALAI AutoLib Ultimate include fast and accurate search functions, member and circulation management, a mobile app for check-in/out, and various tools to enhance usability for both librarians and students.
The team also provided practical training workshops to ensure that school personnel could fully utilize the system to its maximum potential.
The WALAI AutoLib Ultimate system was officially launched on August 21, 2025. It is expected to significantly enhance the quality of information services at Mahidol Wittayanusorn School and support student learning through more efficient, modern library management.
