ศูนย์ความเป็นเลิศด้านนวัตกรรมสารสนเทศร่วมกับสำนักหอสมุด มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา ได้จัดโครงการอบรมการใช้แอพพลิเคชันบนโทรศัพท์มือถือ (Mobile Application) สำหรับระบบควบคุมการจัดเก็บทรัพยากรและชั้นหนังสือเสมือน (Inventory Control & Virtual Book Shelf) รวมถึงงานสร้างชุดข้อมูลและงานปรับปรุงชุดข้อมูล ระหว่างวันที่ 19–21 พฤษภาคม 2568 ณ สำนักหอสมุด มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา
การอบรมในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเสริมสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจให้แก่บุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้องในการจัดการทรัพยากรสารสนเทศ และเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการใช้งานแอพพลิเคชันที่ใช้ในการตรวจสอบและจัดเก็บหนังสือในรูปแบบเสมือนจริง โดยมุ่งเน้นทั้งภาคทฤษฎีและภาคปฏิบัติ เพื่อให้สามารถนำความรู้ไปประยุกต์ใช้ในงานจริงได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
ผู้เข้าร่วมอบรมจะได้รับความรู้เกี่ยวกับการใช้งานระบบ Inventory Control การจัดการชั้นหนังสือเสมือน และเทคนิคการจัดทำชุดข้อมูลให้ถูกต้องและเป็นระบบ พร้อมแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์การทำงานร่วมกันระหว่างหน่วยงานภายใน
The Informatics Innovation Center of Excellence and The Library of Burapha University will organize a training program on the use of a Mobile Application for the Inventory Control & Virtual Book Shelf System, including data creation and updating tasks. The training is scheduled for May 19–21, 2025, at the University Library, Burapha University.
This training aims to enhance participants’ understanding and skills in managing information resources via mobile platforms, improving the efficiency of virtual book shelf tracking and organization. It emphasizes both theoretical and practical aspects to ensure effective real-world application.
Participants will gain knowledge about using the Inventory Control system, managing virtual bookshelves, and accurately creating and updating data sets. The program also encourages knowledge sharing and collaboration among internal departments.
