เมื่อวันที่ 1–2 เมษายน 2568 ที่ผ่านมา ตัวแทนจากศูนย์ความเป็นเลิศด้านนวัตกรรมสารสนเทศ สำนักวิชาสารสนเทศศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยวลัยลักษณ์ ได้แก่ คุณนาฏยา แขสวัสดิ์ และคุณพรณภา มฤค ได้เข้าเยี่ยมการปฏิบัติงานตามกำหนดการบำรุงรักษาระบบห้องสมุดอัตโนมัติ WALAI AutoLib Ultimate ณ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี
ในการนี้ ทีมงานได้ดำเนินการตรวจสอบและบำรุงรักษาระบบ พร้อมทั้งจัดอบรมทบทวนการใช้งานโมดูลต่าง ๆ ให้กับบุคลากรของห้องสมุด เพื่อให้สามารถใช้งานระบบได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ รวมถึงการแก้ไขปัญหาและให้คำแนะนำในการใช้งานระบบ WALAI AutoLib Ultimate อย่างครบถ้วน
กิจกรรมครั้งนี้มีเป้าหมายเพื่อเสริมสร้างความมั่นใจในการใช้งานระบบห้องสมุดอัตโนมัติ และส่งเสริมการให้บริการสารสนเทศที่มีคุณภาพแก่ผู้ใช้บริการ
On April 1–2, 2025, representatives from the Informatics Innovation Center of Excellence, School of Informatics, Walailak University—Ms. Natthaya Khaesawat and Ms. Pornnapa Maruek—conducted an official visit to Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi (RMUTT) for scheduled maintenance of the WALAI AutoLib Ultimate integrated library system.
During the visit, the team carried out system inspections, resolved technical issues, and provided a refresher training session on various system modules. The training aimed to enhance staff proficiency in using the WALAI AutoLib Ultimate system effectively and efficiently.
This initiative supports the continuous improvement of library services and ensures that the system operates smoothly to meet the information needs of users.
