ระหว่างวันที่ 6–7 สิงหาคม 2569 ศูนย์ความเป็นเลิศด้านนวัตกรรมสารสนเทศ สำนักวิชาสารสนเทศศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยวลัยลักษณ์ นำโดย นายพีระยุทธ เมตปรีชา และนางสาวนาฏยา แขสวัสดิ์ ลงพื้นที่มหาวิทยาลัยทักษิณ เพื่อดำเนินการติดตั้งและพัฒนาการใช้งานระบบห้องสมุดอัตโนมัติ WALAI AutoLib Ultimate
การดำเนินงานครอบคลุมการติดตั้งระบบ OPAC เวอร์ชัน 2026 และฟังก์ชัน Curriculum พร้อมฝึกอบรมการใช้งาน WALAI AutoLib Curriculum การสืบค้นสารสนเทศผ่านระบบ OPAC เวอร์ชัน 2026 รวมถึงตรวจสอบ ตั้งค่า และปรับแก้นโยบายการทำงาน (Policy Management) ให้มีความสมบูรณ์และสอดคล้องกับการใช้งานของห้องสมุด
นอกจากนี้ ทีมงานได้ให้คำแนะนำการใช้งานระบบ WALAI AutoLib Ultimate แก่เจ้าหน้าที่ห้องสมุดในทุกส่วนงาน พร้อมรวบรวมปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะที่พบระหว่างการฝึกอบรมและการปฏิบัติงานจริง เพื่อนำไปสู่แนวทางการแก้ไขและพัฒนาระบบให้มีประสิทธิภาพและตอบสนองต่อการใช้งานของห้องสมุดได้อย่างเหมาะสม
On August 6–7, 2026, the Informatics Innovation Center of Excellence, School of Informatics, Walailak University, led by Mr. Peerayut Metpreecha and Ms. Natthaya Khaesawat, visited Thaksin University to support the installation and enhancement of the WALAI AutoLib Ultimate integrated library system.
The activities included the installation of OPAC 2026 and the Curriculum function, training on WALAI AutoLib Curriculum and information searching through OPAC 2026, as well as reviewing, configuring, and refining Policy Management settings to ensure they were complete and aligned with the library’s operational requirements.
The team also provided guidance on the use of WALAI AutoLib Ultimate to library staff across all functional areas and collected issues and feedback identified during the training and actual operations. The information gathered will support troubleshooting and further system improvements to enhance efficiency and better meet the needs of the library.
