17 October 2022 Asst. Prof. Dr. Udomsak Saengow, acting director of Walailak University Hospital, and member of the Center of Excellence in Data Science for Health Study participated as a speaker to provide knowledge and understanding on the issue of alcoholic beverages. At the event organized by the Network for Preventing and Reducing the Effects of Alcoholic Beverages from 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. at Naka Room 2, The Halls Bangkok, Bangkok. There is an alcohol prevention campaign network, the Office of the StopDrink Network (SDN Thailand) and more than 30 youth groups participated.
In the activities Asst. Prof. Dr. Udomsak Saengow gave an idea and presented information on the issue of alcoholic beverages such as drinking control measures, did not affect the reduction of drinking, reliability of drinker statistics in Thailand, Alcohol Control Laws of Other Countries Not as strict as Thailand, and the Alcohol Control Act B.E. 2551 does not really come from the voice of the people or not?
