On March 14, 2025, Associate Professor Dr. Nopporn Thamrongrat delivered a special lecture on “Business Plan Writing” to the staff and practitioners of the Medical Technology Clinic and the Physical Therapy Clinic at Walailak University. The event was held at the Color Beach Hotel, Nakhon Si Thammarat.
This lecture was organized to enhance the knowledge and practical skills of healthcare professionals in planning and managing their clinics more effectively. Dr. Nopporn provided comprehensive insights on how to develop a clear, feasible, and strategic business plan tailored to the unique needs of medical and physical therapy clinics.The session covered key topics such as market analysis, financial planning, operational management, and setting measurable goals. Participants were actively engaged, exchanging ideas and asking questions to apply the concepts directly to their clinic operations.
