เมื่อวันที่ 6–7 สิงหาคม 2568 ที่ผ่านมา ทีมงานจากศูนย์ความเป็นเลิศด้านนวัตกรรมสารสนเทศ สำนักวิชาสารสนเทศศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยวลัยลักษณ์ นำโดย คุณชัยยันณ์ ดำแก้ว, คุณนาฏยา แขสวัสดิ์ และคุณพรณภา มฤค ได้ลงพื้นที่ตรวจเยี่ยมและติดตามการดำเนินงานตามแผนการบำรุงรักษาระบบห้องสมุดอัตโนมัติ WALAI AutoLib Ultimate ณ มหาวิทยาลัยทักษิณ จังหวัดสงขลา
การลงพื้นที่ในครั้งนี้มีเป้าหมายเพื่อตรวจสอบการใช้งานระบบอย่างละเอียด แก้ไขปัญหาที่พบเจอ พร้อมให้คำปรึกษาและแนวทางการใช้งานระบบห้องสมุดอัตโนมัติ เพื่อยกระดับประสิทธิภาพการให้บริการสารสนเทศ รวมถึงสนับสนุนการบริหารจัดการงานห้องสมุดให้มีความต่อเนื่อง รวดเร็ว และสอดคล้องกับความต้องการของผู้ใช้งานอย่างสูงสุด
กิจกรรมครั้งนี้ยังเป็นอีกหนึ่งบทบาทสำคัญของศูนย์ความเป็นเลิศด้านนวัตกรรมสารสนเทศ ในการขับเคลื่อนและสนับสนุนการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการศึกษาภายในสถาบันอุดมศึกษาอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
On August 6–7, 2025, a team from the Informatics Innovation Center of Excellence, School of Informatics, Walailak University, led by Mr. Chaiyun Damkaew, Ms. Natthaya Kaesawat, and Ms. Pornnapa Mareuk, visited Thaksin University in Songkhla Province to carry out a scheduled follow-up and system maintenance for the WALAI AutoLib Ultimate integrated library system.
During this visit, the team conducted a thorough assessment of the system, resolved technical issues, and provided guidance on system usage. The goal was to enhance the performance of the library automation system, improve the quality of information services, and support the smooth management of library operations.
This activity reflects the center’s continuing commitment to supporting higher education institutions in utilizing educational technology effectively and sustainably.
