Research Excellence Centre for Innovation and Health Products (RECIHP) was established with the objective of developing biologically active substances especially health products and health innovation for the treatment of various diseases in clinical settings, in the form of medical supplies, herbal medicine, food supplements, and cosmetics. Our research covers a wide range of natural substances, including herbal and animal extracts, fungi, and bacteria. Starting from active ingredient analysis, we also investigate the physical, chemical, and biological properties of new compounds/substances. From evaluation of their activities in cell culture, to animal studies and human clinical studies are performed. The RECIHP has collaborations with a variety of agencies, both public and private organizations in the domestic and international sectors. Our research has been developed into many commercial products around the world. In addition, RECIHP also provides academic services to the private sector in various fields, including product development.
