Dr.Avnish Mistry
Dr. Avnish Mistry is a lecturer in Environmental Health and Technology at Walailak University, Thailand, with a multidisciplinary background in environmental science, biotechnology, and hazardous substance management. He holds an integrated M.Sc. in Biotechnology, an M.Tech. in Environmental Science and Technology, and a Ph.D. from Chulalongkorn University, where he researched PLA biodegradation. His postdoctoral work focused on plastic waste solutions and wastewater-based pathogen monitoring in Thailand and the U.S. Dr. Mistry’s experience spans academia, consultancy, and applied research, with publications in leading journals. His work emphasizes sustainable environmental practices, biotechnological innovation, and the integration of research with public health and education.
