The Faculty of Public Health, Walailak University, through the Master of Public Health and Doctor of Philosophy in Public Health Research (International Program), is organizing the Dissertation and Thesis Boot Camp Workshop 2025 during 8–9 September 2025 at Infinity Aonang Krabi Villa & Hotel, Krabi Province.
The workshop aims to enhance advanced skills and in-depth knowledge in dissertation and thesis development for master’s and doctoral students. The event will be honored by Associate Professor Dr. Charuay Suwanbamrung, Program Director, who will preside over the opening ceremony and deliver a special lecture on the topic:
“Procedures and Processes of Dissertation and Thesis, Qualifying Examinations, and Publication of Dissertation/Thesis Work.”
Over the two-day program, students will engage in a variety of academic and skill-building activities under the close guidance of advisors and experts, including:
Dissertation qualifying examinations and doctoral dissertation presentations.
Thesis proposal presentations for master’s students.
Academic skill enhancement sessions, relaxation activities, and group work.
In addition, the workshop provides preparation for individual qualifying examinations and research presentations, with the goal of strengthening students’ capacity to develop and publish their research at the international level.
