My name is Eshetu Elfios Endrias, a nursing lecturer from Ethiopia with a strong background in clinical practice and academic leadership. I am currently pursuing my Ph.D. in Public Health at Walailak University, Thailand. Prior to this, I served as a lecturer and Module Leader in Adult Health Nursing at Wolaita Sodo University. My research focuses on chronic illness management—particularly HIV—and I have authored 18 peer-reviewed publications. With experience in both quantitative and qualitative research, I aim to contribute to evidence-based healthcare improvements in Ethiopia and beyond.
