My name is Aung Naing Khant, a healthcare professional and administrative officer at the Department of Traditional Medicine under Myanmar’s Ministry of Health. I hold a Bachelor of Nursing Science and a Master of Development Studies, with additional training in public policy and management. Over the past decade, I have served in both clinical and administrative roles, including emergency care and military medical services. My research interests focus on treatment outcomes for tuberculosis and the implementation of Universal Health Coverage (UHC) in Myanmar. I am passionate about integrating clinical experience and public policy to strengthen health systems.
