On Thursday, November 27, 2025, the Research and Innovation Institute of Excellence hosted the Walailak University Research Steering Committee Meeting, with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Wichitpan Rongwong, Acting Director of the Research and Innovation Institute of Excellence, presided over the meeting. The session was attended by committee members comprising research center heads from various schools across the university.
During the meeting, information was exchanged regarding research funding for fiscal year 2026, along with the promotion of activities designed to support faculty members of Walailak University in submitting research grant applications. The discussions placed particular emphasis on elevating research quality and creating a positive impact on society and the nation.
