วช. จัดอบรม Research Integrity เสริมองค์ความรู้จริยธรรมการวิจัยยุคใหม่ พร้อมรับความท้าทายการใช้ AI อย่างมีจริยธรรม

เมื่อวันที่ 16 ตุลาคม 2569 สำนักงานการวิจัยแห่งชาติ (วช.) ร่วมกับ ฝ่ายพัฒนาคุณภาพและจริยธรรมการวิจัย สำนักงานพัฒนาวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีแห่งชาติ (สวทช.) และมหาวิทยาลัยวลัยลักษณ์ จัดการอบรมด้านจริยธรรมการวิจัย (Research Integrity) ครั้งที่ 4 ณ ห้องประชุมภัทรธรรมาภรณ์ ชั้น 9 อาคาร B โรงพยาบาลศูนย์การแพทย์ มหาวิทยาลัยวลัยลักษณ์ และผ่านสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ความรู้ ความเข้าใจและความตระหนักด้านจริยธรรมการวิจัยให้แก่บุคลากร

ด้านการวิจัยในทุกระดับ ซึ่งจะช่วยสร้างวัฒนธรรมการวิจัยที่โปร่งใส ซื่อสัตย์ และมีความรับผิดชอบ อันจะนำไปสู่การยกระดับคุณภาพงานวิจัยของประเทศอย่างยั่งยืน การอบรมในครั้งนี้ ได้รับเกียรติจาก รศ.ดร.ประมา ศาสตระรุจิ ที่ปรึกษาด้านระบบวิจัย สำนักงานการวิจัยแห่งชาติ และ ศ.ดร.ชูกิจ ลิมปิจำนงค์ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานพัฒนาวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีแห่งชาติ เป็นประธาน

เปิดการอบรม และกล่าวต้อนรับโดย ศ.ดร.สมบัติ ธำรงธัญวงศ์ อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยวลัยลักษณ์ โดยมีวิทยากรที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญด้านจริยธรรมการวิจัย ได้แก่ ศ.เกียรติคุณ ดร.ยงยุทธ ยุทธวงศ์ สำนักงานพัฒนาวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีแห่งชาติ, รศ.ดร.ทรงพันธ์ เจิมประยงค์ คณะอักษรศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย, ศ.ดร.ธีรยุทธ วิไลวัลย์ คณะวิทยาศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย,ศ.นพ.ประสิทธิ์ ผลิตผลการพิมพ์ คณะวิทยาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล และ ดร.พนารัตน์ พนัสจุฑาบูลย์ กองมาตรฐานการวิจัยและสถาบันพัฒนาการดำเนินการต่อสัตว์เพื่องานทางวิทยาศาสตร์ สำนักงานการวิจัยแห่งชาติ ร่วมเป็นวิทยากรบรรยายให้ความรู้ในหัวข้อต่าง ๆ

การอบรมครั้งนี้เป็นเวทีสำคัญในการเผยแพร่องค์ความรู้ด้านจริยธรรมการวิจัย พร้อมนำเสนอประเด็นที่กำลังได้รับความสนใจในปัจจุบัน เช่น การใช้ปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) ในงานวิจัยอย่างมีจริยธรรม นอกจากนี้ ยังช่วยส่งเสริมการเข้าถึงองค์ความรู้ของมหาวิทยาลัยในภูมิภาคต่าง ๆ เพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพระบบวิจัยและการดำเนินงานด้านจริยธรรมการวิจัยให้สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานสากล ตลอดจนเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้เข้าอบรมได้แลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็น ข้อเสนอแนะ และแนวปฏิบัติที่ดีผ่านการอภิปรายและการซักถามร่วมกับวิทยากร

ในการอบรมครั้งนี้มีผู้บริหารขององค์กรต่าง ๆ อาจารย์ นักวิจัย ผู้ช่วยวิจัย บุคลากรสายสนับสนุนงานวิจัย นิสิต/นักศึกษา และบุคคลทั่วไปที่สนใจลงทะเบียนเข้าร่วมอบรมฯ ผ่านทาง (Onsite/Online) จำนวนทั้งหมด 2,200 ท่าน

NRCT Organizes 4th Research Integrity Training to Promote Ethical Research and Responsible AI Use

On October 16, 2026, the National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT), in collaboration with the Research Quality and Ethics Development Division of the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA) and Walailak University, organized the 4th Research Integrity Training at Phattharathammaphorn Meeting Room, 9th Floor, Building B, Walailak University Hospital, and via online platforms. The training aimed to strengthen knowledge, understanding, and awareness of research integrity among research personnel at all levels, fostering a culture of transparency, honesty, and accountability to support the sustainable improvement of research quality in Thailand.

The opening ceremony was presided over by Associate Professor Dr. Prama Sastraruji, Research System Advisor at the NRCT, and Professor Dr. Sukit Limpijumnong, President of the NSTDA.

The welcome address was delivered by Professor Dr. Sombat Thamrongthanyawong, President of Walailak University. The training featured distinguished experts in research integrity, including Professor Emeritus Dr. Yongyuth Yuthavong of the NSTDA; Associate Professor Dr. Songpan Jermprayong of the Faculty of Arts, Chulalongkorn University; Professor Dr. Tirayut Vilaivan of the Faculty of Science, Chulalongkorn University; Professor Dr. Prasit Palittapongarnpim of the Faculty of Science, Mahidol University; and Dr. Panarat Panasjutabool of the Research Standards Division and the Institute for the Development of Animal Care and Use for Scientific Purposes, NRCT. The speakers shared their expertise on various aspects of research integrity and responsible research practices.

The event provided an important platform for disseminating knowledge on research integrity and addressing emerging challenges, particularly the ethical use of artificial intelligence (AI) in research. It also promoted access to research knowledge and expertise among universities across different regions of Thailand, supporting the development of research systems and ethical practices aligned with international standards. Through discussions and question-and-answer sessions, participants had opportunities to exchange perspectives, share recommendations, and learn about good practices directly from the experts.

A total of 2,200 participants registered for the onsite and online training. Participants included executives from various organizations, lecturers, researchers, research assistants, research support personnel, university students, and members of the public interested in research integrity.

The training reaffirmed the importance of research integrity as a foundation for credible, transparent, and responsible research. It also highlighted the need to strengthen ethical awareness and promote the responsible use of emerging technologies to ensure that research maintains high standards of quality, accountability, and public trust.

ประชุมคณะกรรมการขับเคลื่อนการวิจัยมหาวิทยาลัยวลัยลักษณ์ ครั้งที่ 8 /2569

เมื่อวันจันทร์ ที่ 5 ตุลาคม 2569 เวลา 09.00 – 12.00 น. ณ ห้องประชุมโมคลาน สถาบันส่งเสริมการวิจัยและนวัตกรรมสู่ความเป็นเลิศ จัดการประชุมคณะกรรมการขับเคลื่อนการวิจัยมหาวิทยาลัยวลัยลักษณ์ ครั้งที่ 8/2569 โดยมี รศ.ดร.ศิวฤทธิ์ พงศกรรังศิลป์ รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายวิจัยและนวัตกรรม เป็นประธาน พร้อมด้วย รศ.ดร.วิชิตพันธุ์ รองวงศ์ ผู้อำนวยการสถาบันฯ และหัวหน้าสถานวิจัยจากสำนักวิชา/วิทยาลัยเข้าร่วมการประชุม

รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายวิจัยและนวัตกรรมได้สรุปผลการดำเนินงานในภาพรวมด้านงานวิจัย ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2569 พร้อมนำเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาข้อเสนอโครงการวิจัยให้มีความโดดเด่นและสอดคล้องกับทิศทางของแหล่งทุน เพื่อเพิ่มโอกาสในการได้รับทุนสนับสนุนการวิจัยทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ ตลอดจนส่งเสริมการพัฒนางานวิจัยที่มีศักยภาพไปสู่การสร้างผลงานวิจัยที่มีคุณภาพ และสามารถสร้างผลลัพธ์ ผลกระทบในระดับสูง

นอกจากนี้ หัวหน้าสถานวิจัยทุกสำนักวิชา/วิทยาลัย ได้นำเสนอผลการดำเนินงาน ปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการดำเนินงานด้านการวิจัยในปีงบประมาณ 2569 รวมทั้งนำเสนอผลงานหรือประเด็นการวิจัยที่มีศักยภาพในการขับเคลื่อนและสร้างความโดดเด่นให้แก่สำนักวิชา/วิทยาลัย ซึ่งจะเป็นฐานข้อมูลสำคัญในการบูรณาการองค์ความรู้และความเชี่ยวชาญระหว่างศาสตร์ ต่อยอดสู่การพัฒนาโจทย์วิจัยร่วมกัน และเชื่อมโยงกับความต้องการของแหล่งทุนอย่างตรงเป้าหมายและเป็นรูปธรรม

Walailak University Holds the 8th Research Steering Committee Meeting of 2026

On Monday, October 5, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., the Research and Innovation Institute of Excellence at Walailak University held the 8th Research Steering Committee Meeting of 2026 at Moklan Meeting Room. The meeting was chaired by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Siwarit Pongsakornrungsilp, Vice President for Research and Innovation, with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Wichitpan Rongwong, Director of the Research and Innovation Institute of Excellence, and heads of research centers from the University’s schools and colleges in attendance.

During the meeting, the Vice President for Research and Innovation presented an overview of the University’s research performance for fiscal year 2026. He also outlined strategies for developing distinctive and competitive research proposals that align with the priorities and directions of funding agencies. These strategies aim to enhance opportunities for securing research funding from both domestic and international sources, while promoting the development of high-potential research into high-quality research outputs with significant outcomes and impact.

In addition, heads of research centers from the University’s schools and colleges presented their research performance, as well as challenges and obstacles encountered during fiscal year 2026. They also highlighted promising research projects and research areas with the potential to strengthen the research capabilities and distinctive strengths of their respective schools and colleges.

The presentations and discussions provided an important foundation for integrating knowledge and expertise across disciplines, developing collaborative research topics, and aligning research initiatives more effectively with the priorities and needs of funding agencies. This collaborative approach will support the development of high-quality, impactful research and further strengthen Walailak University’s research excellence at both national and international levels.

ม.วลัยลักษณ์ โชว์ศักยภาพวิจัยระดับชาติ! ในงาน “Senate Forum 2026”

เมื่อวันที่ 8-9 กันยายน 2569 ที่ผ่านมา มหาวิทยาลัยวลัยลักษณ์ ได้ส่งทีมวิจัยและตัวแทนเข้าร่วมงานสัมมนาและนิทรรศการทางวิชาการครั้งยิ่งใหญ่ “Senate Forum 2026 : ถอดรหัสอนาคตประเทศไทยด้วยงานวิจัยและนวัตกรรม” ณ บริเวณสระมรกต ชั้น 1 อาคารรัฐสภา จัดโดยคณะกรรมการวิจัยและพัฒนาของวุฒิสภา ร่วมกับสำนักงานเลขาธิการวุฒิสภา และภาคีเครือข่าย เพื่อสนับสนุนการนำงานวิจัยและนวัตกรรมมาขับเคลื่อนกระบวนการนิติบัญญัติและพัฒนาประเทศอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม โดยมี นายมงคล สุระสัจจะ ประธานวุฒิสภา เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิด

ในงานครั้งนี้ มหาวิทยาลัยวลัยลักษณ์ได้ร่วมจัดแสดงนิทรรศการและนำเสนอผลงานวิจัยเด่นที่สร้างผลกระทบเชิงบวกแก่ชุมชนและสังคมในหลากหลายมิติ ซึ่งได้รับความสนใจจากสมาชิกวุฒิสภาและผู้เข้าร่วมงานอย่างล้นหลาม โดยส่งผลงานวิจัยเข้าร่วมจัดแสดงถึง 3 โครงการในโซนนิทรรศการวิชาการ ได้แก่:

“การพัฒนาธุรกิจการจัดการขยะเศรษฐกิจสีเขียวของเทศบาลเมืองปากพูนและพื้นที่กลุ่มเศรษฐกิจโดยรอบบนเศรษฐกิจสีเขียว” โดย รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.กฤษณะเดช เจริญสุธาสินี (สำนักวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์)

“แพลตฟอร์มการจัดการน้ำชุมชนเพื่อการเกษตรด้วยโมบายคลาวด์คอมพิวติง” โดย ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์สุธีระ ทองขาว (สำนักวิชาพหุภาษาและการศึกษาทั่วไป)

“ประสิทธิผลของการกระตุ้นพฤติกรรมที่มีต่อภาวะซึมเศร้าของผู้สูงอายุภาคใต้ตอนบนของประเทศไทย” โดย ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วันวิสาข์ สายสนั่น ณ อยุธยา (สำนักวิชาสาธารณสุขศาสตร์)

พร้อมด้วย ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ พาฝัน นิลสวัสดิ์ ดูฮาเมลน์ ที่ได้เดินทางเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมภายในงานครั้งนี้

ไฮไลต์สำคัญบนเวทีระดับชาติ “1 มหาวิทยาลัย 1 งานวิจัยเด่น — UR1” ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์สุธีระ ทองขาว ได้รับเกียรติเป็นตัวแทนมหาวิทยาลัยขึ้นนำเสนอผลงานวิจัยเด่นบนเวที ในโครงการเกี่ยวกับการจัดการน้ำและภัยพิบัติด้วยดิจิทัล ซึ่งเป็นการบูรณาการต่อยอดจากโครงการของทีมวิจัย ศูนย์ความเป็นเลิศด้านการจัดการพิบัติภัยอย่างยั่งยืน (CESDM) เพื่อโชว์พลังขององค์ความรู้และการใช้ประโยชน์ในพื้นที่จริง

The event serves as a key platform for showcasing high-potential research and innovation, promoting knowledge exchange, strengthening research networks, and advancing research toward practical applications and real-world impact. รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายวิจัยและนวัตกรรมได้ชี้แจงทิศทางการวิจัยของมหาวิทยาลัยวลัยลักษณ์ พ.ศ. 2571–2575 (ระยะ 5 ปี) ภายใต้แนวคิด “Nature Positive” ซึ่งมุ่งเน้นการวิจัยเพื่อการฟื้นฟูธรรมชาติและระบบนิเวศในเชิงบวก โดยนำความเชี่ยวชาญจากแต่ละสำนักวิชามาบูรณาการและขับเคลื่อนการวิจัยร่วมกัน เพื่อสร้างจุดเด่นและอัตลักษณ์ด้านการวิจัยของมหาวิทยาลัย นอกจากนี้รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายวิจัยและนวัตกรรมได้วางแนวทางการขอรับทุนวิจัยจากแหล่งทุนต่างประเทศ และทุนวิจัยด้านเทคโนโลยีความมั่นคง เพื่อเพิ่มโอกาสในการได้รับการสนับสนุนทุนวิจัยในปีต่อไป

ผู้อำนวยการสถาบันส่งเสริมการวิจัยและนวัตกรรมสู่ความเป็นเลิศ ได้แจ้งที่ประชุมถึงการจัดงาน Walailak Research Day 2026 (WRD 2026) ซึ่งกำหนดจัดขึ้นในวันที่ 15 กันยายน พ.ศ. 2569 ณ ห้องประชุมภัทรธรรมาภรณ์ โรงพยาบาลศูนย์การแพทย์มหาวิทยาลัยวลัยลักษณ์ โดยภายในงานจะเป็นเวทีนำเสนอผลงานของศูนย์ความเป็นเลิศ รวมถึงจัดนิทรรศการผลงานวิจัยจากทุนภายใน ทุน Fundamental Fund (FF) และการมอบรางวัลเชิดชูเกียรติแก่อาจารย์ที่มีผลงานโดดเด่นด้านการวิจัยในด้านต่างๆ

อีกทั้งที่ประชุมได้ติดตามการใช้งานระบบ Research Report System (WURRS) ซึ่งเริ่มเปิดใช้งานในระยะแรก ซึ่งยังอยู่ระหว่างการปรับปรุงระบบและแก้ไขการแสดงผลข้อมูล โดยหัวหน้าสถานวิจัยและนักวิจัยได้ร่วมตรวจสอบข้อมูล รวมถึงแจ้งปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อให้หน่วยงานที่รับผิดชอบนำไปปรับปรุงระบบให้มีความถูกต้องและตอบโจทย์การใช้งานมากยิ่งขึ้น

Walailak University Holds the 7th Research Steering Committee Meeting of 2026

On 24 August 2026, from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m., the Research and Innovation Institute of Excellence, Walailak University, held the 7th Research Steering Committee Meeting of 2026. The meeting was chaired by Associate Professor Dr. Siwarit Phongkorrungsilp, Vice President for Research and Innovation, with Associate Professor Dr. Wichitpan Rongwong, Director of Research and Innovation Institute of Excellence, and heads of research centers from the university’s schools in attendance.

During the meeting, the Vice President for Research and Innovation outlined Walailak University’s Research Direction for 2028–2032, a five-year strategic framework based on the concept of “Nature Positive.” The direction focuses on research that contributes positively to the restoration of nature and ecosystems. It also emphasizes integrating the expertise of researchers across different schools to promote collaborative research and establish distinctive strengths and a clear research identity for Walailak University.

In addition, the Vice President discussed strategies for applying for research funding from international funding sources and opportunities for research grants related to security technology. These approaches aim to expand researchers’ access to external funding opportunities and increase the university’s potential to secure research support in the coming years.

The meeting also included an update on Walailak Research Day 2026 (WRD 2026), which is scheduled to take place on 15 September 2026 at the Phattrathammaporn Conference Room, Walailak University Hospital Medical Center. The event will provide a platform for the university’s Centers of Excellence to showcase their research achievements. It will also feature exhibitions of research projects supported by internal funding and the Fundamental Fund (FF), together with an awards ceremony recognizing faculty members with outstanding research achievements in various fields.

Furthermore, the committee reviewed the initial implementation of the Walailak University Research Report System (WURRS). As the system is currently in its initial phase, improvements are still being made to the system and its data-display functions. Heads of research centers and researchers participated in reviewing the information, reporting system issues, and providing recommendations. Their feedback will be used by the responsible units to improve the system’s accuracy, functionality, and responsiveness to users’ needs.

The meeting underscored Walailak University’s continued commitment to strengthening its research ecosystem, promoting interdisciplinary collaboration, expanding access to research funding, and enhancing research management systems to support the university’s long-term research development and excellence.
